The "Visite insolite" offers a unique vision of the exhibitions and allows visitors to discover them from a precise viewpoint by establishing connections to the history of art and contemporary ideas, or by bringing into play other senses and other ways of discovering the artwork on display experientially.

This tour explores works in the collection that showcase the intersection of disciplines—fine and applied arts, institutional and self-taught practices, ancestral and vernacular—and embrace material experimentation as a method. Through a journey ranging from textile works to ceramic and pictorial practices, the public explores a key theme of the Fondation Cartier collection.

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour so that you can leave your personal belongings in the cloakroom located in the basement, if needed.
