This is an original way of discovering the exhibition’s depth and diversity.

The "Visite insolite" offers a unique vision of the exhibitions and allows visitors to discover them from a precise viewpoint by establishing connections to the history of art and contemporary ideas, or by bringing into play other senses and other ways of discovering the artwork on display experientially.

A Visite insolite on the theme "Théâtralité"

Explore the intrinsic connections between live performance and the artworks presented at the Fondation Cartier as part of Exposition Générale. Theatre, with its rich and extensive history, manifests in multiple forms. The very concept of 'theatricality' is polysemous, encompassing the staging of others, of oneself, or indeed the transformation of the world. By addressing expressions ranging from the narratives of ancient Greek rhapsodes, to farce, drama, and contemporary performance, this itinerary offers a comprehensive panorama of live performance.

This visit was designed by the Fondation Cartier's art ambassadors.
