The Temps de la parole invite visitors to take a seat within the Parliament of Ghosts installation, designed as a space for exchange and an agora. These gatherings bring together the artists of the exhibition as well as guest artists in dialogue with Ibrahim Mahama’s practice, art schools, and partner institutions.

As part of the off-site programming for the exhibition To Make Space for the World (October 8, 2026 – January 16, 2027), the Cité internationale des arts presents a series of talks activating Ibrahim Mahama’s installation Parliament of Ghosts. Mahama is currently an artist-in-residence at the Cité during his exhibition The Harvest Season at the Fondation Cartier. On this occasion, Bénédicte Alliot, Executive Director of the Cité internationale des arts, will be in conversation with Zahia Rahmani.
