Anne-Sophie Pic takes up residence at the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain with a new Parisian restaurant : a place where imaginations converge and art enters into dialogue with a cuisine in constant exploration, shaped by emotion, discovery and new perceptions.

At lunchtime, a gastronomic interlude to be enjoyed over three, four, or five courses, through seasonal menus renewed each month. At dinner, a unique synesthetic experience in which culinary creation establishes new connections with the world of art. A single seven-course menu, conceived as a dialogue between the senses.

The restaurant is not accessible with an exhibition ticket; separate entrance.
