Architectural tours


  • Is there a place for parking (bikes, motorbikes, scooters, skateboards) within the Fondation Cartier premises?

    Unfortunately, the Fondation Cartier has no parking facilities. Please bear this in mind when you are preparing for your visit.

  • I am a member and/or benefit from free admission (−18, recipient of social welfare, etc.). Do I still need to book my ticket?

    Yes, all visitors need to reserve the time of their visit online. Click on the ‘free admission’ option and present your pass and supporting documentation at the entrance to the Fondation Cartier to access the exhibition.

  • Can I come with a group?

    Individual visits are preferable. Group visits will resume in September.

  • Are all of the tours currently up and running?

    The architectural and garden tours are currently suspended but will be running when the next exhibition opens.

    Visits for school groups will resume in September. Groups will be limited to 10 persons maximum.

  • Can I purchase my ticket on-site?

    Tickets can only be purchased online with a specific time frame allocated. The tickets are in the name of the visitor and you cannot book more than 4 tickets at any one time.

    The visitor capacity is reduced. Please respect the time slot you have selected when you made your booking. Visits should not exceed 2 hours.

  • Can I leave my bags in a locker?

    For safety reasons, the lockers cannot be used and handbags and suitcases can no longer be kept at the entrance to the Fondation Cartier. Only small-sized bags (A3 format) worn to the front and handbags are authorized.

  • Do I have to wear a mask?

    Wearing a mask is compulsory for anyone over the age of 11 in all of the Fondation Cartier’s spaces, and is also recommended in the garden. Please bring a mask when you visit.

  • What sanitary measures are in place?

    To allow you to discover the exhibition safely, the number of visitors has been limited. An exhibition circuit applying the rule of 1 meter between each visitor has been put in place. Hand gel is available in all of the spaces. Anyone over the age of 11 must wear a mask.

    The staff and guides at the Fondation Cartier are on hand to help visitors comply with these instructions and to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
