25 Pieces of Space Time, Andrei Ujica’s first NFT artwork

The Fondation Cartier presents Andrei Ujica’s first NFT artwork, a conceptual homage on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev's start to his mission on the MIR Space Station on May 18, 1991. This anniversary artwork consists of the 25 photograms which make up the first second ever to be filmed for the cinema in space: which is to say the moment when a movie camera first opened its eyes in outer space.

The 25 photograms will be offered piece by piece in a countdown beginning on May 18th 2021. Collectors have the opportunity to own a fragment of cosmic history.

"25 Pieces of Space Time” is now available on Super Rare and is made possible with the support of Kanon.
